He is at all times a cruel, violent and hateful being, though his behavior can vary from cold and calculating ruthlessness to a savage thirst for blood. For obvious reasons, Chindi is not a widely known god in Caledon, and worship of him is straightout outlawed by the government. Chindi is in a partnership with the other dark deities, Naaz and the Anaye, though is reluctantly submissive to the Anaye's will, fearful of his power. A variety of cults follow Chindi, revering him with sacrifice and cruelty. Avoid him and his followers if you wish to live a long life. > [!dm] > ### Institutions > The clergy of Chindi are a disorderly network of local hierarchies, with the urban and rural branches maintaining distant relations from one another. Collectively, they believe that murder is both a duty to their god and a game for their enjoyment. Each cleric of Chindi is expected to perform at least one murder every tenday, in the darkest moment in the dead of night.
